I/we request that LPS Trustee & Management Services, LTD (a Delaware Corporation) set up and administer a Land Trust for the above referenced property, and subject to a Land Trust Agreement to be executed by the parties. Setup Fee for Trust will be $350.00 (waived if Cloud Title is used at Title Agent for new purchase transactions) plus recording/third party fees.

Beginning with your first anniversary an annual trust management fee in the amount of $100 will be billed, and additional fees apply for any required execution of trust documents. A complete overview of fees will be provided to you with your Land Trust Agreement.
